Shipping

Bootte offers FREE Standard Domestic Shipping for all domestic orders within the contiguous US purchased at original prices (3 -10 business days) and $30 Flat Rate Standard International Shipping (1-2 weeks) for Alaska, Hawaii, and all international orders of the in stock item(s) placed on our website.

Domestic customers within the contiguous US have an option to expedite the domestic shipment by choosing Domestic Priority Shipping (2-5 business days) for $5. International customers, including Alaska and Hawaii customers, have an option to expedite the international shipment by selecting International Priority Shipping (6 – 10 days) for $40.



Return

For domestic orders (purchased at original prices), if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Bootte.com anytime within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Note that the returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for the full refund. 

• For domestic customers within the contiguous US, Bootte offers FREE return shipping pre-paid label (only applied to orders purchased at original prices). To process the domestic return, contact us at info@bootte.com or 1-888-962-6922 and provide us your full name and order number. We will send you a pre-paid return label via email and process your refund through the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
• For sale / discounted items, Bootte offers free delivery (only one way shipping) and eligibility for refund. However, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact Bootte Customer Service Team at info@bootte.com or 1-888-962-6922 before shipping your return. 
• For a gift return, the domestic and international rules above are applied. To process the gift return, contact us at info@bootte.com or 1-888-962-6922 and provide the purchaser’s full name or email address and the order number. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please call Bootte Customer Service Team at info@bootte.com or 1-888-962-6922 for assistance before shipping your return. 

Please be advised that we do not accept international returns at this moment. 


Refund

Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected (usually within the next business day of receipt) your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 2 business days.

Note that returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging to be eligible for the full refund.
