Orders

1. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?      
We’re sorry that the item(s) you want is currently not available. If you enter your email address to our notification list, we will notify you when the item you want is in stock.

2. How can I track my order(s)?    
Once your order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provided us, letting you know the tracking number and estimated delivery time. The items in stock are usually shipped within the next business day. 

Payments

1. What forms of payment does Bootte accept?
Bootte accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

2. Does Bootte accept international credit cards?
We accept international credit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on it. Please be advised that although we accept international credit cards, the international shipping and returns are not free. We charge the international shipping at a variable rate, starting at $30, and we do not accept the international returns.  

Returns

1. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
For domestic customers within the contiguous US who are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bootte, you can return your item(s) for a full refund anytime within 15 days upon the delivery date (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Contact us at info@bootte.com or 1-888-962-6922 to provide your full name and order number. We will send you a return label via email and refund your money through the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). For international customers, including Alaska and Hawaii customers, please refer to Return - Question 3 below.

2. I want to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I start?
We're sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact us at info@bootte.com and provide the purchaser’s full name or email address and the order number. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please call Bootte Customer Service Team at 1-888-962-6922 for assistance.

3. How can I return my international order?
Please be advised that although we accept international orders and provide international shipping, we do not accept international returns or exchanges at this moment.

4. How long does it take to get a refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach us. Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected (usually within the next business day of receipt) your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method or credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to be reflected to your account.
